Digital products

Nexola provides digital products, including Webflow templates and related digital assets. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, duplicated, or used.

Subscription Policy

Automatic Renewal

When you subscribe to a Nexola plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. This ensures uninterrupted access to your subscription benefits, premium resources, and future updates.

Managing Your Subscription

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Nexola account. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel it before the next billing date. Nexola cannot be held responsible for charges resulting from subscriptions that were not canceled prior to renewal.

Cancellation Timing

To prevent automatic renewal charges, cancellations must be completed before the current billing period ends. Once a subscription has renewed, the new billing cycle will begin and applicable charges may be processed automatically.

Refund Eligibility

Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscription plans, refund requests may be submitted within 7 business days of the renewal date. Please note that certain payment processing or transaction fees may be non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Account Violations

Subscriptions terminated due to violations of Nexola's Terms of Service, misuse of products, fraudulent activity, or other prohibited conduct are not eligible for refunds.
